1- Receiving & Report

• Vehicle e receiving
• Road test - engine, transmission, brakes, suspension condition check
• Health check with GTS-DTC’S & Data list print
• GTS-DTC’S & Data list print
• Exterior and interior condition check
• Engine compression check
• Complete chassis, suspension, brakes systems check
• Prepare estimate based on above checks

2- Dismantling

• Engine & transmission removal
• Dashboard removal
• A/C components removal
• All Interior trims & seats removal
• All wiring harness removal
• Floor carpets removal
• Exterior components removal (door handles, moldings, etc.)

3- Cleaning

• Interior cleaning & power washing
• Exterior cleaning & power washing
• Diesel & soap

4- Body Repair

• Denting
• Grinding

5- Painting

• Putty sanding
• Primer
• Painting process (removal of all panels & plates)

6- Re - Fixing

• Renew suspension brake systems All under chassis items renewed or refixed – tires, exhaust pipes, boot kits, spider kits, etc.
• Engine & transmission fixing
• Engine room components fixing
• All wiring harness fixing
• Dashboard fixing
• All interior items fixing - carpets, seats, trims, etc.
• All electrical systems fixing - lights, wipers, etc.
• Replace all oils, fluids & filters (like 80000 km service)
• Start vehicle and check – engine performance, any leak, engine noise & electrical systems

7- Road Test

• Vehicle performance check
• NVH check

8- Polish

• Body polish stage 1
• Body polish stage 2
• Body polish stage 3

9- Final Inspect

• Final inspection with a checklist
• Systems check
• Electrical check
• Mechanical check

10- Document Preparation & Delivery

• 160 point checklist
• 10 Step preparation completion with a checklist
